Our fully trained and licensed technicians are available 24 a day, 7 days a week to assist you in your service needs. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We maintain a full inventory of parts to repair and service all makes and models of scales, measurement and test equipment. Our factory trained Technicians offer various levels of service including ISO 9000 compliant services as well ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory calibrations. Our technicians provide onsite service and calibration as well as our in-house depot services. Calibration documents are tracked by our industry leading ‘Paperless Calibration System”… Certificate Retrieval System (CRS)

We offer Service Agreements should you choose to have your scales or test equipment checked on a regular basis which can reduce your need for emergency repairs. We will work with you on the frequency of these routine checks which can be semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. During these visits, our technicians will perform routine calibration checks on the scales/test equipment as well as clean, check, and adjust as needed. The technicians will certify,label and provide a certificate of calibration tracable to NIST.
