Other designs incorporate false forks thereby increasing height and width and reducing accuracy. The PW800 uses load cells which are certified by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologiesto provide +/- 0.1% accuracy. Lift Truck Scale

Filing Lift Truck Scales are custom-engineered to attach to most types of lift truck carriages, including Class II, Class III, Class IV, and Bar Mounts. The scales are built to capacity of the lift trucks, and require no alteration of the existing carriages.

The Filing Scale System does not connect to the truck's hydraulic system. Lifting, weighing, counting, accumulating, and transporting are accomplished as a single, efficient operation. The receiving weight ensures that the customer is getting all they are paying for. The shipping weight assures correct shipments, on-the-spot stock control, maintenance of accurate inventory records, and the parts (or material) weight aids in production control.

Pallet Truck Scale

The 5,000 pound capacity, NTEP Approved, Pallet Truck Scale is the first in the industry to be approved with a two pound graduation. The scale includes the multi-functional DR2100A scale indicator that can be interfaced with several peripheral devices. The Standard Version of the Pallet Scale has a 5,000 pound capacity with a one pound gradation.
