| TNP Torque Meter Tester |
|
The new Shimpo TNP torque meter is a precision instrument
that measures OPEN and CLOSE torque values for various applications.
As a cap torque analyzer, the TNP repeatedly determines bottle
closure and breakaway torque. It has a wide memory capacity
capable of storing 1,000 data points in addition to Average,
Maximum and Minimum values. A HI-LO comparator feature can
be utilized for large batch testing to ensure overall product
quality.
The TNP torque meter is USB capable for computer testing.
Combined with the free Digitorq Software, additional analysis
and testing can be performed.
The TNP is a portable device powered with internal rechargeable
batteries or thru an AC adapter/charger. Designed with a small
footprint it can easily be transferred to maximize use around
the shop floor or the laboratory.

Chatillon® DFS-R-ND Series
Digital Indicator for Load and Torque Measurements |
| The Chatillon® DFS-R-ND Series supplies accurate load and torque measurement in a common gauge. Ideal for handheld or test stand applications, the DFS-R-ND may be equipped with smart loadcells or torque sensors. The auto-recognition feature knows whether a load or torque measurement is required. Measurement accuracy is better than 0.25% full scale (higher accuracy available). A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings, high/low limits, setpoints, pass/fail results, statistical results, load averaging, load comparisons, % and sharp break detection, sensor actuation and direction. Measurements are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units or oz-in, g-cm, lb-in, N-cm and N-m units. The DFS-R-ND gauge comes standard with RS-232 cable, carrying case, battery adapter/charger, and NIST Certificate of Calibration with data. Uncertainty data per ISO/IEC 17025 is supplied standard with sensors. The DFS-R-ND may be supplied with or without our NEXYGEN DF Series software. |
